Center Industrial Supply Corporation is a leading welding and cutting products distributor in the Philippines. Representing global brands who are leaders in process development and advanced technology, we pride ourselves with being not only a supplier but primarily a solutions provider to Philippine industries for over six decades now. Our product range includes welding and cutting equipment, consumables and accessories for practically all welding and cutting processes. Equipment in our line range from simple yet high-performance manual equipment, to the more advanced digital-based machines, to fully-automated systems and robotics. Our products provide solutions in a wide range of applications and industries: sheet metal fabrication, heavy steel fabrication, automotive, shipbuilding, offshore oil and gas, boiler, construction, cement, mining, sugar and many more.

History

The company’s history dates back to 1957 when the founder, Mr. Doy Ting, started the business with the opening of a hardware store then named, Center Construction Supply, along the former Azcarraga Street, now known as Claro M. Recto Avenue, in Sta. Cruz, Manila. Welding and cutting equipment and consumables were already a big part of the products that the store sold then. In 1985, the company was incorporated and changed its name to Center Industrial Supply Corporation, reflecting both its desire to grow its scope of business and an intent to actively pursue its role in providing needed products to grow the industrial sector of Philippine economy. It then began to concentrate on the core business that has now become its focus, welding and cutting products. As customers’ goodwill and trust began to build, the company continued to grow over the years, gradually becoming a well-known name and a reputable supplier of welding and cutting products to Philippine industries.

1957

Center Construction Supply was established by Mr. Doy Ting in Sta. Cruz, Manila as a supplier of construction supplies, industrial tools and equipment.
1985

Incorporated as Center Industrial Supply Corporation
1987

Became a distributor for L-TEC Welding & Cutting Systems, and started our business focus on welding and cutting equipment and consumables. L-TEC was eventually purchased by ESAB
1992

Established Cebu branch office.
1993

Established Davao branch office.
1996

Appointed as an ESAB distributor.
1998

Appointed as OTC distributor
2000

Moved our head office from Sta. Cruz, Manila to our new 4-storey building housing our head office, showroom and warehouse at 10 South AA Street, Quezon City.
2013

Groundbreaking of the new Technology Center in Filinvest Technology Park, Calamba, Laguna.
2017

Center Industrial Supply Corporation Laguna Technology Center started operations.
