  • Concentric clamping with stainless steel jaws ensure no tube deformation and no tube pollution.
  • Utilizes carbide technology, 10x faster than HSS inserts. V-bevel or J-bevel without lubricant. Angles: J-Bevel: 10o, V-Bevel: 30o, 37.5o and 45o.
  • All rotating parts are incorporated in the body with plastic shield in the front. Perfect sealing against chips.
  • Rotation handle for controlled and continuous cutting speed for longer tool life.
  • External profile tracking compensates for ovality of tubes.
  • Easy setting of the root face with reading on a vernier.
  • 1550W motor with wide speed range provides flexibility depending on the material.
  • Global process – can be transformed into an orbital cutting or orbital welding machine.
