AXXAIR Orbital Cutting Machines

High quality cutting is guaranteed by orbital cutting machines, where the saw blade rotates around the tube. 

This allows the tube geometry to remain intact: the tube is not distorted by clamping (stainless steel concentric jaws) or by cutting forces, as the blade follows the tube section and the tube does not rotate. 

Orbital cutting is well suited to automatic welding, as it allows the seam to be closed cleanly providing a perfect seal for the penetration phase before adding the wire. 

AXXAIR has the largest orbital cutting range in the world with 11 different models for cutting tubes with diameters from 5 to 1100 mm!
