EXTENDABLE TYPE DRILLING MACHINES

These series of extendable type drilling machines automate your plate drilling operations for higher throughput and precise hole positions. The advantage of the extendable type machines is that these are gantry design machines that accommodate larger working areas and the working length can be as long as required. Plates can be stacked up to the maximum thickness capacity and drilled together for even higher productivity. Simple to operate, reliable and easy to maintain. The normal speed models operate with hydraulic motors up to a maximum of 600 rpm with hole drilling diameter from 32mm to 50mm and maximum thickness of 100mm. The high speed models operate up to a maximum of 3000 rpm with hole diameter capacity of 50mm as standard and 100mm as option, and standard drilling thickness of 100mm. 

Working widths range from 2m to 7m and rail lengths for the working length starts from 6m and can be extended in multiples of 3m. Options include one or two spindles, CTS (coolant through spindle, tapping, light milling, grooving, and tool changer.
