AUTOMATED WELDING SYSTEMS
|
RAILTRAC 1000. A unique, flexible, multi-purpose system for automating welding and cutting. A mechanized system suitable for both inside and outside welding along sharp curves as well as straight surfaces. Suitable for tanks, vessels, large panels, etc.
MIGGYTRAC. The perfect complement to your MIG or FCAW machine. The Miggytrac is a small, compact, motor powered tractor to which a standard welding torch can be attached quickly. The four driving wheels, together with the permanent magnet which is fitted on the tractor, guarantee an even, stable movement. The magnet holds the tractor in the correct position on the workpiece, even if it is bent or angled and follows the joint using guide wheels, which can be adjusted to allow the unit to drive itself against the workpiece.

A2 MULTITRAC. Designed for high quality and high productivity submerged arc welding applications. Self-propelled four-wheel drive tractor for stable and accurate operation. Robust yet compact & simple design makes it easy to operate and move around. Complete mechanical versatility when adjusting the nozzle into numerous positions for butt and fillet welding. Strong, reliable wire feed motor ensures an even and stable wire feed and can take single or optionally, twin wire. PEH Controller for precise and accurate control of welding parameters. Use the optional twin wire kit to increase pproductivity further by at least 30-40%!

MechTrac might very well be the most flexible and fastest way to increase your productivity. It takes the form of a gantry and can be equipped with A2 welding equipment for SAW or MIG/MAG to create a complete welding station. The MechTrac unit is suitable for different types of workpiece that can be covered by a gantry. The gantry offers the opportunity to weld profiles, such as I-, T- or L-beams, columns or tapered beams.

CaB300S. A Column and Boom for cost-efficent weld mechanization. The CaB 300S is designed to handle the automated demands in the industrial environment. The column is eccentric, which means that the welding head is always lined up in the centre of the carriage. This to be able to weld round objects with turning rolls on the same rail. The CaB 300S can reach over high and long distances, both vertically and horizontally. The ±180° column rotation facility provides a total action radius. The A2 or A6 welding systems with Process Controller PEH are easily combined with CaB 300S to control longitudinal or circumferential welding. A built-in swivel bracket at the end of the boom can position the welding head either for welding speed from the boom or from the mobile concrete carriage.

OTC Welding Robots. The most economical and total solution to welding automation for increasing productivity. State-of-the-art welding robots suitable for single or multi-stations automatic welding of small parts in large volumes. Also available with positioners for increased versatility. Adapts to CO2 and MIG welding, TIG welding, Plasma welding or Plasma cutting processes.
