Matrix 200 AC/DC. Advanced AC/DC Inverter TIG/MMA Welding Machine with digital technology for high quality AC/DC TIG and MMA welding. Features AC Square Wave, digital control of all welding parameters, pulse TIG mode with "Easy Pulse", high frequency arc striking, 2/4 stroke, cycle, spot timer, welding program storage and recall, adjustable arc force, hot start and anti-sticking function.
Rainbow 170HF. DC Inverter TIG Welding Machine with high frequency arc starting for demanding applications. DC TIG with high frequency, DC TIG with "lift" mode arc striking, 2 stroke/4stroke welding modes.
Rainbow 150. DC Inverter TIG/MMA Welding Machine. Excellent welding performance for maintenance and light fabrication. ACCUTIG 300P. Thyristor-controlled Square Wave AC/DC Pulse TIG/Stick Welding Machine for high performance, high quality TIG welding on stainless, aluminum, mild steel and many other metals. Rated 300 amps 40% duty cycle in both AC & DC. Standard features of this machine include adjustable AC balance control for cleaning function when TIG welding aluminum, gas pre-flow, initial current, upslope time, downslope time and crater fill controls. Pulse TIG function allows difficult welds in thin sheets, dissimilar metals, welding of different plate thicknesses or gap welding.
HELIARC 252 & 352. Solid-state Square Wave AC/DC TIG Power Sources. AC wave balance control - allows adjustment from maximum cleaning to maximum penetration. Arc force control - fine tunes arc for stick welding from soft to a high penetration, digging arc. 100% solid state design with no mechanical contactor - eliminates output drift, lowers maintenance and promotes long life. Direct connections for Tig torch and quick lock output cable - for maximum convenience. Adjustable preflow and postflow gas control - protects weld area and extends tungsten life.
ORIGO TIG SERIES. The new OrigoTig has been designed and produced as a reliable, simple and easy-to-use welding power source. In spite of the small size, the OrigoTig is sturdy and robust, with a strong structure and manufactured with materials chosen for their endurance. The modern design with solid hand-grip enables the machine to be easily moved. With the OrigoTig you can weld stainless and mild steels and most other materials, from plate thicknesses of 0.5-5 mm.
LCF1200/2400 & RC500. The LCF 1200/2400 rectifiers are designed to supply several welders at the same time. The multi-operator concept is suitable when fixed installations are preferred and each operator is supplied by a resistor. The investment per welder is low and mains supply is limited to just one spot. At the same time, the maintenance cost is low. Continuously supply 1200 amp and 2400 amp respectively and both models can tolerate relatively high overloading.
LHI-425 & LHI-825. Thyristor-controlled 3-Phase DC Welding Machines with electronic adjustment for excellent Stick welding performance, especially cellulosic electrodes. Variable arc force control. Capable of lift-arc TIG welding and carbon arc gouging. Automatic compensation for input voltage fluctuations. Digital Volt/Amp meters show welding voltage and current. LHI-425 capable of up to 6mm dia. electrodes, and the LHI-825 is an excellent choice for carbon arc gouging.
ESAB Arc 300 & 400. Movable Core 3-Phase DC Rectifiers for MMA (Stick) welding. These ESABArc rectifiers have good efficiency and lower open circuit losses. Low investment cost per amperage. No electronics - an advantage for remote operations. Stepless current adjustment. Fan-cooled with thermal overload protection. Capable to weld up to 5mm or 6mm dia. electrodes. Available in 300 amp and 400 amp models.
